OUR COMPANY
Founded in 2003, First Day Photo is an emerging growth company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota and led by company CEO Jessica Person.
“First and foremost, we’re parents,” explains Jessica, “and, like you, we wanted studio quality pictures of our babies. It didn’t take long for us to realize that none of the big chains or other companies taking newborn pictures cared as much about quality and capturing the moment as we did. So, we decided to try our hand at it.
Our business is fresh, unique baby portraiture, and we do nothing else. Our goal is to produce a set of heirloom quality artistic images for every parent we serve, because First Day Photo is more than a business to us.”

Everything we do is customized to meet the exact needs of each and every birth center we serve. Specifically, this means that if your hospital has a contract relationship with First Day Photo you won’t have pre-arrange your baby's custom portrait session because our photographers – highly trained, customer service-focused and really friendly – are on site every morning. So, arrive at the hospital and book your session when your baby comes. Or, if you wish, call in advance.
