Currently we serve birth centers in three states: Arizona, California and Minnesota.
Complete HIPAA compliance is a pillar of First Day Photo’s service. Patient privacy and confidentiality is respected and protected. We never sell or share lists with outside vendors or marketing partners. It is also our policy to password protect each and every online baby photo gallery.
We work only with professional photographers who provide the highest level of customer service and are skilled in the art of making newborns look their best on film. Parents view a slideshow of their photos immediately following their portrait session and photos are also available online (password protected) to share with family and friends.
There is no cost or purchase obligation for parents to have a photo but, in our experience, nine out of ten parents choose to purchase their baby’s photos.
